The old, grizzled, constantly demoting war veteran Tony is a nasty, disgruntled old man. No, it's not because his disabled veterans check hasn't cashed in yet - it's because a bunch of little brats have this burning desire to end the war that's been continuing on for the last decade! Old habits die hard, and Tony's one of the oldest habits in the world - the grizzled warrior, unable to find anything else in life to sate his burning desires for action and meaning for his existence. It's a bit sad, but Tony has never gone down without a fight - during the war, he rose through the ranks, battling everyone in his way and making a name for himself. Even after suffering inumerable setbacks from Jude and his merry band of kids, Tony's determination kept him going. While he was eventually defeated by the defector Kresnik, a former ally, Tony went down happy, knowing that he died a soldier.

Tony is quite possibly the most skilled pilot in the entire RPGDL. He's got excellent reaction time, allowing his mech to hit hard and fast, giving him the ability to take down any foe with a couple shots of his Vulcan Cannon. With a hull tempered to resist the harshest of elements, this war vet is ready to keep on fighting until the bitter end!
