Hyuga Ricdeau, better known as Citan Uzuki or 'the Doc', is definitely a strange one. Citan's prowess in battle is a marked contrast, however, fast and exceedingly deadly; with Senkei enhancing his already considerable speed, Citan may well be the fastest man in the League, and backed by that incredible swiftness few can stand before his repeated Crystal Waters for long. Backed by plentiful healing, Citan is more than capable of holding his own even in Godlike, and while his record is hardly the best, he's always managed to leave a mark.
