Lt. Virgil’s life was a storied affair of tragedy and war, a journey through the dark times of the Miltian Conflict that left scars both physical and mental. However, it is in death that his real story began, resurrected as the Man in Blue after being coldly cut down by KOS-MOS. This resurrection also gave him vast powers, able to willingly transform into monstrous creatures with a host of abilities, including a variety of status, flight, impressive defenses, and frighteningly powerful Ether attacks. In fact, Virgil’s power is sufficient even for Godlike, seeing him victories over the deranged URTV Albedo among other worthy opponents. While he has not yet achieved a championship, it is hardly out of the question, and one who has already conquered death has all the time in the world to sort through the details.
