We Now Return You To Your Regular Programming...
~DomaDragoon

Hello, faithful viewers. We here at NanjoCorp's broadcasting division are working hard to provide you with the best in television entertainment. To that end, we've selected you to participate in a new project we're developing.

As our black box viewer response form appears to have been compromised (we sincerely doubt that 97% of our viewers want to see eighteen hours worth of "Cooking With Lard"), we've decided on an in-person focus group. If you are reading this message, you have been selected as part of that group.

You will be shown four prospective shows that NanjoCorp is considering financing. These pilot episodes will be representative of the finished product should we decide to accept them for broadcasting. Your task shall be to help us decide which, if any, of these shows should be given our support.

The shows are as follows:

A) A young man travelled to the cursed pools of Jusenkyo for training, but unfortunately fell into the Spring of Drowned Noseless Female Cleric. Soon afterwards he heads to Ivalice, where he finds three women, one arranged engagement, and the beginning of more trouble than maybe even he can handle. This is the story of that man. This is... Ramza 1/2.

B) For the young children out there, let's pay a visit to Miss Raquel's Neighborhood. Watch as she teaches the importance of respecting the beauty around you, the power of friendship, and how to eviscerate your enemies without getting your favourite coat dirty.

C) A new medical drama, centering around the patients at a local hospital. Healing is about more than just medicine, as you'll soon find out. The normally nameless, faceless hordes of wounded are about to get a voice, thanks to the Suiko-Scrubs.

D) My name is Lorenta. I'm dead. And I'm not the only one. There are more Einherjar than you saw in our game, and each of them has their own story of the first day of the end of their lives. And you'll get the chance to see them, and find out how they became Dead Like Us.

Please arrive promptly at the enclosed day and time. Thank you.

So, how does the future look?

  • Bright! Looks like a string of hits to me!
  • Good. No can't miss shows, but at least they'll all make it to air.
  • So-so. Some of them will do well, but some won't see the light of day.
  • Poor. Maybe one or two will get picked up.
  • Terrible! Looks like it's back to the drawing board...

A wonderful lineup for the NanjoCorp this fall. Suiko-Scrubs appeals to over half the DL population, so it is the breakout hit of the season. With the amount of dead people in the DL, Dead Like Us also gets a pretty strong following, while the kids and mascots tune into Miss Raquel's Neighborhood.

Ramza 1/2 kind of flops, though. However, the lineup is completed with the mid-season smash "Unquestionably Spies", starring Nash Latjke, Citan Uzuki and Gawn "Trump Card" Browdia.

Total success: 26
Fairly successful: 21
Middling: 19
Poor showing: 8
Total failure: 11
