Alright, so there are actual Emo Rangers. Mighty Moshin' Emo Rangers. From the UK. And even aired on the UK and US MTV. So how will this turn out?
Kevin = Emo Red = Chaos Mohawk Emo Ranger. He would look more funny than emo with a mohawk.
Ritz = Emo Pink = Bleeding Heart Emo Ranger. I'm not sure if she was dumped by her ex, if she has one (remember, all Pink Rangers in Power Rangers, Super Sentai, and their derivatives, are always female).
Seymour = Emo Blue = No real equivalent. I guess he has to take a cue from Billy Cranston, since Billy's actor, David Yost, has really disavowed PR as of this writing. And that's emo.
Leon = Emo Black = No real equivalent. Remember, a drawing of him was found in the school records of Tomohiro Kato, the Akihabara killer, so that's plus (?) points for him.
Sync = Emo Green = Chronic Stoner Emo Ranger. Probably Sync's secretly smoking weed in order to fuel his fighting skills (and Luke and co. don't always notice his bloodshot eyes everytime they fight him...).
Cloud = Emo Yellow = Weeping Tears Emo Ranger. Does he cry, cry, cry; especially when the love of his life Aerith (sorry if that sparks another love quadrangle debate) died at the hands of Mama's Boy?
Emelious = Emo White = Introspective Emo Ranger. Does he think deeper than the deepest ocean everytime he plans his schemes?
Xorndon = Captain Emohead. Big supporting role. Nuff said.
??? = That flying bucket equivalent of Alpha 5 (forgot his name).
Giygas = The Evil Emperoress. More like a combination of Rita and Lord Zedd (or even their son, Thrax).
To make the long story short, the RPGDL Emo Rangers defeat Giygas with the help of the original Emo Rangers in a story similar to the 15th PR anniversary special, "Once a Ranger."
Once a(n) (emo) ranger, always a(n) (emo) ranger! LET'S! GO-ON!

As annoying as emo characters can be, they seem to be good at smiting things. Regardless of whether they'll be aware of it while they win, the Emo Rangers will pull through.
