Is this a joke? After winning several Godlike titles, Piastol is paired off against a lowly former Heavy? Even worse, a dying young lady who has the gall to call herself a shining blade to pierce the darkness? This is almost - no, it's definitely an insult! Of course, that doesn’t mean Piastol is about to slack off on her preparations. While Raquel may be able to block the Death Angel’s dreaded Eternum, her defense will crumble under the awesome might of Piastol’s Tempest Dance. Why, the terribly sluggish Raquel would be lucky if she was able to get even one turn against the lightning-quick Piastol. The Death Angel will strike once again, and send this insolent girl to her grave.

Ah, Godlike. A suitable battlefield for Raquel and her darkness-piercing blade. But she'll have to disprove possible nay-sayers to her worth first. Thankfully, she'll get the chance to do that with her match against Piastol. The Angel of Death's certainly an impressive fighter, with her Eternums and Tempest Dances. But, in the end of the day, she's just a faster Galcian. Like the admiral, a Holy Grail will protect Raquel from the ID spell, while her powerful defense shrugs off Tempest Dance. Throw in a few Dragon Edges to keep Raquel healthy, and maybe an Intrude or two for the brutal overkill, and the Godlike champ will feel the shame of losing against a former Heavy.

Piastol is that rare Godlike who fights on the basis of speed and damage. She's not a tank like Ghaleon, who could be hit by a train and have enough HP left over to battle a superboss; she fits more into the Kefka mode of out-turning enemies and battering them into submission.
Unfortunately, she's met someone better at it than she is. Raquel, at the standard PC level of 50, can double-act both her first two turns. She will gain enough FP from these four separate actions, plus Piastol's turns, to do it one more time.
So the question becomes: can Piastol survive six attacks from the woman who can solo every boss in Wild ARMS 4?
...I think the answer falls somewhere between "no" and "hell no".
