Season 9, Week 5
Lamington
(Disgaea: Hour of Darkness)

Having overcome darkness incarnate, the Seraph of Celestia now sets his sights on ending the season with a Godlike title. Thankfully, the worst of his matches are over; Kuja poses much less of a threat than did the embodiment of evil. The heavenly strikes of Judgment will shine through the Terran's lacking defenses, and his healing will be hard pressed to make upp the difference. And despite Kuja's greater speed, Lamington's own divine armor and vitality will greatly lessen the effects of his foes magicks. Yes, the Seraph is ready to bring all of heaven crashing down around his heathen foe. Witness his glory and despair, Kuja: there's a bit of divine wrath here with your name on it.

After an upstart victory against Indalecio last, Kuja now has a chance at being the second to claim two championships. The sorceror adept's Flare Star will be his best - and only - offensive weapon in this match, completely ignoring Lamington's defenses; better yet, his adversary's high level will be his undoing as the spell inflicts far more damage on such opponents! The battle will be simple and intense, as the two trade blow for blow, Flare Star for Judgement... except that Kuja will ge inflicting far more blasts than will his opponent, as he flies circles around the angel. It is likely to be the Genome's toughest battle to date, but he has never been one to stop short of the finish line.

Lord Windscar
Flare star is undoubtedly the deciding factor in this match-up. Due to its ability to deal more damage to higher leveled targets, this will be Lamington's demise due to the game's ridiculously high levels.

Lamington: 16
Kuja: 17

If I remember Kuja he will start countering everything with flare star or something. When that time comes it's a matter of Kuja just using Cure3 every turn and letting the counters chip away.
