Season 16, Week 2
Ryu
(Breath of Fire III)

The Duelling League's reigning Godlike champion is back to defend his title. With his assortment of instant death blocking gear, he hardly has much to fear from his first opponent. Game of Death will fail miserably against Ryu, and a physical won't stop the young dragon from assuming the powerful Golden Kaiser form. With his magic immunity worthless in the face of Bonebreak and Kaiserbreath's immense power, Wugui would have to be content with being another notch in Ryu's belt of quick victories.

It's been a while since the DL has played the Game of Death, but it's not a game easily forgotten. The cursed puppet of Kowloon makes his Godlike debut, ready to slaughter last season's champion as a sign of times to come. Wugui's magical immunity is worthless in the face of Ryu's devastating Bonebreak, but Ryu still must protect himself against Game of Death, Wugui's signature Asian art. And even Ryu's metamorphing abilities will fall victim to that little game like so many have in the past.

Shale
For the second time in two weeks, a Ryu faces an opponent proficient in death magic. It's not Wugui's fault he drew the one with immunity.

Ryu: 49
Wugui: 7

Kanos
Wugui has instant death and magic immunity! Ryu doesn't care. *crunch*

I have nothing to say about this week to Wugui's match except 'HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA'
