For the second week in a row, Sephiroth faces a deadly holy-alligned swordsman. He'll have to work a little harder this week, though since he won't be able to get an easy win with status like he did against Orlandu. Still, his Wall spell, which halfs all damage done to him, may well alone trump all the stat-altering spells his opponent possesses, and his Shadow Flare, while unfortunately not Dark-typed (which would mean VERY bad news for Miguel) is still devastating damage to a single foe. Those abilities, along with DeSpell, and his good speed, should be enough to secure him a second RPGDL win.

Miguel has proven he can take down a top-tier main in a one-on-one; now, the question is, can he do the same against a top-tier final boss? Unlike Riou, Sephiroth lacks any Holy-typed offence for Miguel to laugh at, but that doesn't mean Miguel's out of luck; far from it! His WeakMinded and Imbecile stat-down spells work on bosses and PCs alike, and Holy Dragon Sword is a holy-powered beatdown as always. Miguel will have to use his effect magic and doublecast wisely if he wants to win, though, since there's little doubt he's outmatched on the HP front.

Meeple Lard
Sephiroth is fast, Miguel wasn't, at least, I don't remmeber him being. Meh, Miguel didn't exactly have the greatest Durability, and something tells me when Sephiroth Flies, he's immune to HolyDrgnSword...but that's a stretch. Ummm...ok, I'll do seomthing else:
HolyDrgnSword: Can sometimes NOT kill a PC with High HP and white element
Shadow Flare: This move kills a PC...and the decides to do 3000 more damage to make it look more interesting (that, or its cause that PC likly has HP+ Materia)
I guess is the typical Final Boss > Mid game Boss situation, and to make things worse, Sephiroth can get rid of Miguel's stat alterers, while Wall will still be in effect after Weakminded...
Sephiroth: 10
Miguel: 7
