Look out, weeds and evildoers alike! Princess Cecilia is back in the DL for another try at a Godlike belt! And her gargantuan magical variety will be the perfect weapon against the pathetic X-Death. His only true threat against Cecilia is the questionable White Ball curse, which, while petrifying or killing its targets when it connects, will fail against Cecilia's magical defenses. All she has to do is endure a turn or two of that pathetic curse to unleash her Soul Guard and Lock State spells and let her magical powers do the talking. Judgement has been passed, and X-Death is not fit to succeed in the arena against the heroine of Filgaia! |

Behold! The mightiest tree in all of Godlike, the great X-Death, has returned at last! And just like the last time he tried to rise to glory, his first opponent is a female sorceress. However, Cecilia is much less formidable than the ancient goddess Deis. Though her variety of magic spells is legendary, she needs time to cast her magic, and before that she is vulnerable. Thus she will easily fall to to the incredibly accurate and deadly status attack White Ball of X-Death's tree form or the powerful VacWave he wields as a human. Either way, the Tree of Judgement is firmly rooted on the path to his first Duelling League victory! |
SageAcrin There are, perhaps, many cliches that can be applied to this match. On the one hand, you have the young, blonde girl. Clearly, she will be unable to have the intelligence to make her way to the arena, and will instead stay at home and cook Rudy dinner while creating several humorous anecdotes about her. On the other hand, however, you have a tree. While his greatest fears are clearly involve either a chainsaw or nightmares involving condominiums in the middle of Mua Forest, a master mage/pyromaniac blonde witch girl slaying the evil tree demon is a pretty close second. (After all, it's how it goes in the anime, though perhaps with more panty shots there.) However, this is the Role-Playing Game Duelling League. No one believes in such silly trite cliches here. So, instead, you have Edge mocking Exdeath while Timelord kills him for attempting to steal the secrets of Overdrive from him, while Yuri attempts to use FFX-2 Rikku as a human shield to avoid Piastol cutting in half. Meanwhile, Cecilia's busy chasing Sten out of the ring for stealing her panties and bragging about it in earshot(Moments before Timelord rips Exdeath into small pieces, to her later chagrin.). As for the judges box, it's in an uproar, between Ghaleon succeeding at killing Guido Mogay for selling "Magical Girl Ghaleon: Feel The Magic" T-Shirts(Featuring, very unfortunately, a Magical Girl Ghaleon pantyshot.), Piastol having left it abruptly for various reasons, and Zelos is trying to remove Badrach's lungs through the top of his skull after he tried hitting on her(With some measure of success.). And over all, a majestic flock of Dezolisian Penguins fly in front of a beautiful azure sunset. Well, it's not like I said they didn't believe in cliches here, is it?
