Right off her victory of the Wingly Lloyd, the Sword Magess faces a new challenge in the form of Mewtwo. The powerful Pokemon can slam even the toughest opponent with his psionic skills. Further, he has vast reserves of trickery and a swift mind. To battle this, Anastasia will have to invoke the might of Argeltahm to combat Mewtwo. Impulse will surely allow her to emerge victorious. Hopefully.

Mewtwo faces a bit of a predicament, this week. Anastasia's infamous Impulse technique can cut through all his defences, so setting up barriers isn't going to help him in this match. However, this shouldn't matter. Mewtwo will be going first, and he has the raw HP to easily survive an Impulse... which means all he has to do is charge up his power with Amnesia, then blast his foe away with a devastating Psychic attack.

Yep... Ana will be going after Mewtwo... until she casts Air Guard her first turn. Ana has the defense and HP to survive at least one Psychic, but with the damage that would cause, can Mewtwo survive the second Impulse? A great match, but the Sword Magess emerges victorious.

Mewtwo: 9

Two Amnesias and Impulse will barely tickle Mewtwo. Coupled with Recover, which restores on a percentage of HP rather than amount and effectively counters Impulse, along with the devastating Psychic, the most powerful Pokemon should have a good chance to blast Anastasia out of the arena.

Neither of the two fighters here are going to last past two attacks. Impulse and Psychic are just that powerful. Unfortunately for Ana, Psychic has a little advantage over Impulse, in that there's a chance with every blow that the opponents magical attack power will be reduced. The chance isn't big, but it's enough for me to side with Mewtwo.
