In her first match in the arena ever, Violetta had the misfortune of drawing the One-Winged Angel and lost by a hair. Well, now she’s not going to let him stop her run for the championship - especially not after Sephiroth pulled a fast one, using this match for a mere publicity stunt. Humiliating a pope wasn't enough? Well, if her wonderful lovebird Emelious could defeat this SOLDIER, so can she. Sephiroth may be a fast, cunning bastard, but even he can’t match Violetta’s neckbreak swiftness, and, with a swing of her trusty scythe, the havoc wreaked by a Dance of Death-into-Burnflame one-two will be too much for even a champ-powered Godlike to handle. And hey, even Violetta's insane defenses can let her take a hit or two from Sephiroth. It's time to break Seph's little PR scam into pieces! |

A rematch. Speed versus speed. Damage versus damage. Durability versus... wait, Violetta lacks that. Heh heh heh. We've seen this once already. Emelious' fangirl is no match for the power of Sephiroth. What really matters, though, is that he has another PR message for us: his deepest thanks go out to those who donated to the Adopt-a-Villain fund. Your samaritan donations allowed miss Alenia to appear in public with her head held high (that's due to the hired bodyguards the fund paid for, but the thought counts!). All that matters is that another evildoer has been taken away from the gutters due to your efforts. But enough of that. It's time to cut up another uppity challenger and allow another struggling schemer to soar! After such wise words, the One-Winged Angel is ready to do his best. |
Meeplelard *one week before the match* "So, I'm facing her again? Looks another easy win for me." Sephiroth thought outloud. "Yeah, another boring fight with you in and all that. You really lack that artistic feel to bring a proper show to the audience!" shouted Kuja, a fellow member of the new 'Chaos Legion' made up of various Final Fantasy Villains...and Jecht... "So I'm more blunt about my actions. I figure stab first, rant about Jenova later is far more effective." "HA! I knew it! You can't put on a proper show without either your magic *OR* that oversized sword of yours! Why, I bet you'll just cower away into these encore routines that no one wants to see anymore~!" "So you're saying I can't be original if I wanted? And what have you done that's so original?" "I successfully turned Celes Chere into a lesbian..." "...touche. Ok, I'll take you up on your wager, and prove to you I can in fact do something remotely creative! Oh, and don't come crying to me if you realize you have been badly outdone in all senses." "Then perhaps you'd like to hear more?" As such, from here, the 1st Class SOLDIER started quoting the entire score of Loveless, sometimes repeating himself...and by sometimes, we mean constantly. But Violetta was so enamored by this... ...she never showed up to the fight, so Sephiroth was deemed victorious by default. "...I...no! How did you pull that off? HOW?" Kuja stared blankly as Sephiroth actually won a fight without making even a single action. "Simple phone call to a friend of mine. I told him this Violetta isn't one for the arts, especially Loveless, and well..." Sephiroth just sort of pointed to the results "besides, while not poetic myself, I think I just badly outdid you in using that as an attack" Kuja was stunned. Sephiroth was right. He could never one up that without destroying his dignity. He also had to consider that he also the lost the bet, which means he had to subject himself to Education sessions led by none other than Bartz Klauser. ...Kuja was seriously regretting challenging Sephiroth, and knows not to try that again.
