The enigmatic Dr. Lantis comes face to face with an explosive semifinal match as he fights against another fellow artifical ubermage. Though no snail by any standards, Indalecio suffers from a slight speed disadvantage, but makes up for it with noticeably better durability. And unlike Kuja, Indalecio doesn't suffer the curse of having laughable physical defense. It's this key weakness in his foe that the Wise Man will capitalize on, spamming his Divine Wave ability - which packs enough of a punch to slaughter any PC who stands in its full path. And if Kuja does manage to knock Indy down to half health, he'll be in a dire situation when Time of Truth kicks in, eliminating the speed difference, Indalecio the last laugh as he splatters the Genome with Divine Comedy.

The first Godlike champion has come a long way in his bid for another title, and oddly enough, his most difficult battle isn't the final, but the semi-final. Indalecio is a powerful spellcaster, much like Kuja himself, and neither is going down without a major fight. Kuja's durability is worse than Indalecio's, but his healing and magic damage are arguably better. What should seal the deal for the crossdressing monkey, however, is his Reflect spell, which will nullify a good deal of Indalecio's powerful spells. It'll be a long fight requiring scads of concentration and control, but Kuja isn't one to monkey around in the face of adversity.

Starphoenix das Helpoemer
You see... here we have a dilemma. I mean, Indalecio spams radioactive death if you allow him with things like Earthquake, Divine Comedy I assume, and whatever else he has in his overpowered arse...nal. Kuja packs Flarestar counters, heavy magicks I assume, and presumably a speedy reaction time.
Now, the dilemma here isn't so much the fighters, but my inability to really remember both of their movelists...
Let's see, got killed by Indalecio once, but then proceeded to kill him with normal attacks...
Didn't kill Kuja with normal attacks, but I still needed to work or something to beat him...
Bleck, I'll just say Kuja and be done with it.
Indalecio: 21
Kuja: 23
The Strongest Combination
So Kuja has reflect and cure 3, and Indalecio has his limiter on?
You think it'll be hard on the Wise Man to lose to a monkey in a thong?
