Profound Darkness has already beaten a dark queen and avoided being turned into firey ashes by a chivalrous fiend. This week she is put up against one of her own kind: a devilish, blood lusting, world-destruction craving psycho. Due to the nature of these two creatures, not much thought will be put into this battle: just endless blasting of each other until one of them dies. And with her brutal physical and magical attacks, her seemingly endless supply of hit points, and resistance to all of Zophar's instant death tricks, Profound Darkness just might earn her first bid into the Godlike finals. |

What a perfect battle: two supreme evils, two mighty destroyers of worlds, both ready to do battle in what could possibly be the most apocalyptic struggle the DL has ever seen. In a battle this epic, both parties are unlikely to strategize, and instead focus on making the largest, most spectacular explosions possible. And it is in this field that Zophar completely overhwelms this so-called Profound Darkness. Zophar's magical arsenal dwarfs the 16-bit villain's by leagues, and with powerful elemental magicks as well as his signature Hell Storm to call upon, the destroyer of the Blue Star has a clean shot to the Godlike finals. |
