As one of the Shining Force world's Greater Devils, Odd Eye has a reputation to uphold. While the blind swordsman has never had any moral qualms about slaughtering angels, he has most certainly never ran into such an angel as nefarious as Altima. Her ties with the demons called Lucavi run much deeper than any heavenly bounds she might have, really, so she is far more like Odd Eye than he may have imagined from her name. But Altima is a fundamentally weak fighter; beyond the deadly statuses Grand Cross deals (all of which the demon is immune to), Altima has very little firepower that might be able to deal with a speedy fighter like Odd Eye. The sluggish angel moves entirely too slowly to dodge the purple-haired henchmen's fast sword techniques, and she won't live through his onslaught of sword strikes.

The Bloody Angel Altima hasn't had much luck since arriving in Godlike. After being defeated four times by four different opponents, it's taken all she has to hold on to her position in the RPGDL's realm of the gods, never mind contending for a title. But times are about to change. While Odd Eye might be a very capable devil himself, Altima's had seasons of losing to warriors similar enough to him that she might just stand a chance! Altima's signature Grand Cross and Mute spells will avail her not against the Greater Devil general, but her powerful All-Ultima will still harm Odd Eye, and she can rely on that in this battle. Her extreme speed and teleporting abilities will allow her to dodge and strike faster than Odd Eye can strike back, and with a little bit of luck, the Greater Devil will soon find himself victim of the Greater Angel.

Ahhh, Odd Eye.
A blind man, against a demoness.
Truly, this would be a difficult match for him.
Who but the blind could see Altima's inner beauty? Her character? Her strength? Her very soul, as twisted as it may be, must still have some warmth in it, must it not?

"AUUUGGHHHHH!" Odd Eye shrieked into the heavens, as he blasted Altima with a murderous combination of beam attacks and vicious sword slices.
Altima had not a chance.
"...Why do you think he reacted like that?" Jaha asked, curiously, as he watched (and rooted for, albiet with mixed feelings.) one of his cast members.
"Did you know that Altima founded the Society For Terrible Game Awareness?" Peter said. "The first game she spread was Hydlide."
"...What does that have to do with anything?" Chester said, confused.
"Oh, I'm just thinking out loud." Peter said. "Never mind. ...Wow, I didn't know you could do that with wings."
Odd Eye: 36
Altima: 30
