WIND MEETS WIND. NO MATTER. FUJIN DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PUNY 'FIEND' OF AIR. COMMITTEE'S FACED FAR SCARIER THINGS THAN SKANKY VILLIANS. SUCH AS SEIFER'S TASTE IN WOMEN. RINOA? FAIL. THIS SPINNING HO IS NO MATCH FOR METEOR. A SPELL CALLED 'WEAK'? FITTING. SO ARE HER OTHER ATTACKS. DAMAGE? HAHAHAHHA. FUJIN DOESN'T FEAR VALVALIS'S OFFENSE OR ANYTHING ELSE. KICK, TORANDO, METEOR, SMASH. SUPERIOR FINAL FANTASY MISTRESS OF WIND WINS. VALVALIS CAN GO CRY TO HER EMO LOVER KAIN ABOUT HOW MUCH SHE FAILS.

OH NO! It's a boss! Valvalis is tooled almost exclusively to beating PCs and... ...oh, wait. It's a wind boss. What will Valvalis, the Fiend of Wind, possibly do to save herself? It sounds one-sided, but all things considered, Valvalis and Fujin may as well be the same duelist. Both are powerful wind-based bosses that usually rely on crippling the HP of their enemies before their they even get a turn. Unfortunately for both girls, neither crippling technique is going to work, so this comes down to a slugfest. Luckily, one of the bosses here tends to go down on the first turn, and it isn't Valvalis.
DragonKnight Zero Fujin has Haste, Slow, and Regen to give her a fighting chance. Of course, in a fast paced battle, it's easy to forget things such as recasting buffs when they wear off.
Valvalis had a twisted and cruel idea for an exhibition match though. It took little persuasion for the judges (which included Galcian, Zeon, Queen Zeal, and Rose) to approve.
When the match began, Valvalis cast Tornado.
No, not on Fujin. While that would have actually worked, it wouldn't call for prior approval from the judges. The target was an Auraed Zell with no strength junctions. He proceeded to annihilate Fujin in a single Duel involving the Heel Drop, Meteor Strike, Dolphin Blow, Meteor Strike loop. To further add to the exhibition, he finished off the beating with My Final Heaven.
Fujin was in no state to cry foul afterwords. When Seifer and Raijin rushed in enraged, Valvalis and the judges effortlessly cut them down.
