Spellbinding Eye has the power to freeze any target in it's tracks, while Heel Crush can destroy anyone's stats. Starving Tongue can restore Millenia's life while damaging her foe. It's no wonder that even High Godlikes must stop her before getting a turn, lest they be utterly dominated by Millenia's powers. Inspiring such terror is the norm for Millenia, and is something she greatly enjoys. Every silly boy and girl in the DL had better watch their backs, lest they be destoryed by the same power that helped to put Zera in his place!

The honorable fire fiend, the greatest of Golbez's servants, Rubicant is a villain you can truly respect for both his power and his dignity. As far as fighting styles go, his is as simple as it is effective: kill it with fire. Glare can reduce even the toughest foes to mere ashes in a heartbeat, while his respectable durability usually gives him the chance to use it more then once to bring down those particularly persistent opponents. He doesn't even fear ice magic as you might suspect, he need only draw his cape about himself and he can resist it just fine, though he regrettably cannot use his spells while doing so. But do not hopelessly tremble before him, the noble Rubicant will do you the honor of restoring your health before he burns you to a crisp.
