Yuna's actions in a duel generally amount to two things: A) Summoning Aeons, and B) Watching them smash things. Few opponents have any hope of outlasting Yuna once the endless string of summonings kicks in, and Daos isn't likely to stop the nimble summoner before she gets that first turn. If she's feeling adventurous, she could probably even do without her aeons this time around, as the Sinistral's elemental weakness will make Yuna's already brutal Holy spell simply murderous. Either way, she should easily obliterate this first obstacle on her way to a Godlike championship. |

Daos, leader of the Sinistrals, hasn't earned that title without having the power to back it up - and what better way to prove that power than a match against High Summoner Yuna! His Reduce spell will literally 'reduce' Yuna or her Aeons to mere pyreflies with a single casting, and will blast through any Shell or Reflect spells Yuna tries to set up. In addition, his full gamut of elemental spells makes him able to strike any weaknesses in his foe's Aeons. Should Daos be pressed to the defensive, he can use his Dark Reflector to bounce any and all damage back to Yuna for a full two attacks, forcing Yuna to halt her assault or die to her own magicks. With his powerful repetoire of spells both agressive and shielding, Daos is ready to crush the first opponent on his way to a Championship. |

And with that, Yuna toasted Daos with Holy, splattering his remains all around the ground. "HAHAHAHA! I told you that you couldn't kill me!" "Wha..!? How are you still alive?" Daos just appeared out of nowhere, still laughing. "Ahaha, I am INVINCIBLE!" "Not for long! Holy!" Daos' remains fell to the ground once more, on top of what was already there. Maniacal laughter could be heard again, and Daos just re-appeared. "Darn, why won't you DIE!?" "Hey, wait a minute!" Maxim's voice called out from the stands. "He's using the fact that Erim keeps all the Sinistrals immortal to try and defeat you! Isn't that outside interference?" "DAH! YOU AGAIN! Trying to interfere with my.. DYAAA!" Daos was being forced out of the arena as he indeed was using outside interference as a means of winning, while Yuna simply breathed a sigh of relief and went off to prepare for her next match.
