The Highland Butcher's streak ends here, as the Blaze of Purity opens his shining will and singing guns to the skies. Against the horror of Luca Blight. Billy's prayers shall be answered with gifts: with Fire Shield, Luca's Flame Slashes will become little more than measly sparks, and Goddess' Eyes will give Billy the endurance to survive the mad prince's attacks. Goddess' Call will bring Billy the speed to match Luca's triple-strikes, ending all possibility of victory for Luca. With the Deity of Heavens to aid a faithful servant, Billy will destroy Luca's crimson rage with the pious light of his Blaze of Purity. |

The sound of a pig squealing for mercy is just the delightful sort of sound Luca wants to hear after his ultimate glory last season. Slaughtering a few gods was no problem for the master of the Beast Rune; destroying a mere priest is child's play! While the priest may have healing and haste to slow down Luca's mad assault for bit, he's still a lightly armored, petty man of faith heading into battle with the prince of slaughter. Billy's pure, innocent, goody-goody soul is just the thing to feed to Luca's insane Beast Rune... and even if he calls upon his goddess, Luca can just kill her too! |
Pyro A holy man against an unholy demon-like prince. Its the stuff of movies and cheesy TV shows. A story where good triumphs over evil against impossible odds... Realizing this, Billy went to train by watching said movies and television series. On an $11,000 HD system with state-of-the-art features. Luca went to "train" by killing random innocent bystanders, tying women to mine-cart tracks, and stealing candy from babies (and then eating the babies while throwing away the candy). When the day of the match came, Billy was prepared. He came into the arena not with a gun, but a remote control. He pointed it at Luca and hit the stop button. Then Luca charged at Billy, burnt him to a crisp, and made pork chops out of his innards (how he went about doing this is still being debated by DL scientists, but anyway...). Moral of the story?
