With the end in sight, Dario's almost happy to be fighting an opponent that will fight without as many different strategies as the last opponent. While Cecil's holy attacks with the Ragnarok will be annoying with Dario's Black innate, that also means that his Black attacks with the Evil Sword Masamune and techs will be more effective. And into it that whenever Cecil wants to use his healing, that will activate Dario's black ConductorRod counter. Dario's boss HP will also help in this battle, as well as his powerful black Dive & Drive, as well as the others he has to use. However, only time will tell if the Acacia Dragoon can give Cecil as good a thumping as a certain other dragoon did in his own game...

The master of defence, Cecil the paladin has already defeated three punishing attackers to advance to the Heavy finals. Now, just one more opponent stands in his way of a championship... fellow Knight, Dario. This battle will be more tricky than any Cecil has faced yet for one simple reason: the Paladin will not be able to rely on his Holy-typed Ragnarok or Excalibur, as they trigger Dario's most deadly counterattacks. Instead, he'd be wise to pull out his FlameSabre, since Dario's anti-fire counterattacks are completely benign, and even with his weaker weapon, Cecil easily has what it takes to beat Dario in a pure physical brawl, especially with his healing as backup. The only question is, can he swallow his pride and do what is needed to win? After all, most Paladins, including Cecil himself, have a history of doing what is noble instead of what is most practical.
