DIE, PIG, DIE!!!! Everyone knows Luca Blight's catchphrase, even the social outcast Gau. Luca's bringing a fairly simple mindset to this battle. Maul, maim, and kill Gau, and not in that order! Luca's attack patterns are fairly simple. He can either let loose a powerful triple slash, or use a 100% accurate flame slash to burn his opponent to a crisp. With monster defense, speed, and HP, Luca is the complete package. Seem good? |

The Wild Child from the Veldt isn't exactly overwhelmingly powerful, and would have no chance against many Heavies in a straight trading of blows. That said, whatever this kid lacks in power, he makes up with some of the most amazing versatility in the RPGDL. With no less than 252 different skills to draw upon, Gau has a chance in almost any fight. Add to that his excellent stats, especially his tankish defence, as well as good speed and evasion, and you have championship material. Against Luca, Gau had better settle down for a long fight with the Ing Rage, which will absorb Luca's fire attacks, and use Lifeshaver (Drain 2, essentially) to keep Gau going. It won't be a quick fight either way, but Gau does have what it takes to defeat the Prince of Slaughter. |
Elfboy "DIE! I'LL KILL YOU ALL, PIGS!" Luca's voice ran through the arena, furious that he a young boy was his opponent. "Pigs? Gau have Rage like that! And Gau launched into a Rage, confident that he was being witty. Of course, he wasn't Raging 'PIGS', but 'PUGS' was close enough to be equivalent, right? Besides, it even had that lovely 8x physical attack as a special... Gau then accessed the Rage. Or he thought he did. Unfortunately, the Pugs Rage caused him to access null data. As Luca watched in as much shock as he ever allowed himself, Gau suddenly started flashing different colours, had a Condemned of count -128 appear above his head, was suddenly buried under 255 AtmaWeapons, and then finally, morphed into General Leo. "AMAZING!" said Locke from the stands, jumping up. "It took us nine years of sorting through false rumours, but someone finally found a way to resurrect Leo!"
