Far and wide has the name of Zero spread, but seldom to so strange a place as the Dueling League. His partner X fared poorly in his first appearance, but Zero has no intention of going down so meekly. His opponent, Izlude, is a competent and tenacious fighter on par with many, but he has little on the likes of Zero. Few can claim half the sheer stamina and determination of Zero, or the durability he commands in either of his Hyper Mode armors. Though Izlude's sword strokes are strong and strike true, Zero's capacity to withstand even the most ludicrous damage is unmatched, and his brilliant swordsmanship will easily cut down Izlude in a heat haze of blows. |

Advanced robots from a dystopian universe? Sounds like the past of Ivalice, and that dark road's one that Izlude knows far too well. In addition, Izlude knows how to deal with such foes from his studies of the Steel Giants of old - swing his blade shrouded in darkness, and go for crippling blows, blows that sunder equipment in half. Armor and Weapon Break will destroy Zero's ability to put pressure on the opponent or defend himself from the oncoming onslaught, and Izlude's own counter attacks will press the Maverick Hunter with every step. Every swing of Izlude's blade brings him closer to a win, and to shed a little more light on his long benighted soul. |
