After handling a clueless possibly gay pilot, the Wyndian princess goes back to yet another stallfest against the android Demi. As if handling that Onett kid wasn't enough of a battle of attrition... on the other hand, Demi isn't nearly as durable or deep in resources as Ness was, and Nina's just good to go to outlast her opposition. Even if she can't properly use tools like her silence, paralysis or slow spells this time, Nina still has her near-infinite initiative healing and buffs, and those should juuuuuuust be enough to stave away the threat of a fatal Phononmezer. Now, if things get too rough, she could just play hard to get and fly away from the workbot and keep dodging those gunshots... but that will be hardly necessary. Only a good ol' stalling fight remains between Nina and the finals, and she's gonna give it her all!

The little android that could seems to be getting into a lot of fights with high school-aged girls this season. First, the cleric Carlie (yes, she is 15. Yes, she looks 5), then Chie and now princess Nina Wyndia? Weird little theme there. On the other hand, this means Demi will have little surprises for this fight. Being immune to basically all of Nina's obnoxious tricks, like Hold, Idle and Hush, and badly exploiting the winged royalty's subpar durability with Phononmezer, Demi has the upper hand on this fight - even if Nina can heal nigh-infinitely, so can Demi, and she has a great offensive edge in the fight. The possibility that Nina falls asleep against Demi's Stasis Beam is also worrying for the birdgirl, and all Demi needs to claim victory is two Phononmezers at the right time. Demi won't let this tantalizing shot at a Heavy belt slip by!
