The mad Prophet is exceedingly confident as he faces the girlish android Demi this week. Why, you ask? Well, it certainly isn't because Tri-Injury is rendered useless by her positronic photon form. Nor is it because Eliminate Scanner's already middling damage will be rendered fairly innefective against her high defenses and massive amounts of healing. No, Malik Bendict is exceedingly confident because his ludicrous speed means that nothing that Demi possesses has the power to hit him, and that no matter how long the match takes, he seems sure to eventually win. If Demi is in fact going to come out on top this week, it will be because Malik was cackling to hard to remember the match to begin with!

The other android from PS4 makes her Heavy debut against a mad scientist this week. Malik Bendict will certainly pose a far bigger challenge than any opponent she faced in Middle, but Demi feels no fear (whether or not she can even feel fear being a question we shall leave to the philosophers). She easily clears the first hurdle, being immune to Malik's Tri-Injury status attack. And although Malik's massive evasion is sure to be a problem for the physical-dependent Demi, his Eliminate Scanner will face similar problems against the android's advanced circuitry - not to mention the solid metallic body that's endured more than three centuries of wear.

Strago
Perhaps one of the longest matches the Duelling League has witnessed in recent history, the monumental eliminations bout between Malik Bendict and Demi ended only an hour ago. The tenacious little android refused to concede the match, recharging her fried circuits each time Malik's middling Eliminate Scanners brought her to her knees, and launching blast after useless blasr Phononmezer, only to see each scatter as they came into contact with the rapidly shifting molecules of the Prophet's body. Eventually, though, the inevitable did occur; Demi ran out of charges of her Recover, and a dead-tired, incredibly bored Malik felled her battered robotic shell at last. A hush fell over the Arena as the crowd silently wept for the brave little android.
All except for a certain seat in the fifth row, where one Strago Magus was laughing so uproariously that he had to be escorted out by Arena security.
Malik Benedict: 14
Demi: 1
