Though he was born millennia before the invention of machinery, Magus is not unfamiliar in the ways of android; at the very least, he knows that they generally don't appreciate lightning magic. Lightning magic is something the dark wizard possesses in spades, and the barrier it simultaneously raises will drastically lower Demi's purely-physical defense. The android's own Barrier skill and healing will make this fight a long one, but Magus isn't afraid - after all, patience is what he's all about. |

Demi's in for another long fight this week as she comes face to face with Magus, master of elemental barriers. Demi's got a Barrier of her own, though - one which will reduce all of Magus's damage to light dents on her armour, even the Lightning which she normally fears. With her usual mix of good speed, good durability, and over twenty shots of full healing, Demi has what it takes to outlast another Heavy and advance to the semi-finals. |
OblivionKnight Demi is perfectly capable of taking Magus' offensive punch and then some, no matter how the Prince of Zeal decides to fight. Unfortunately for Demi, Dark Matter and Black Hole look oddly similar to a time warp. And in the heat of battle, even Demi's amazingly advanced logic and calculation circuits are incapable of figuring out the difference fast enough to keep from being sent back several hundred thousand years into the past.
