Billy Lee Black's blessed mixture of beauty and skill served him well in his run this season, as foe after foe were enchanted and bewildered by his blaze of purity. This last match shall be his masterpiece: more than any other time, Billy shall allow his Goddess and his pistols speak from his heart. The shining light of justice will touch Billy's untainted heart for the Heavy championship.

 In Season 14, the highest-ranked of Golbez's four Fiends set Heavy ablaze. Now his lieutenant, the mistress of winds, seeks to follow in his footsteps two seasons later. Just a single victory away from her goal, Valvalis won't hold anything back in this match. With the speed of a whirlwind and usual array of PC-crippling attacks, she is more than even a speed-boosting healer can handle. As she completes her storming of Heavy, Billy Lee Black will learn this lesson well - just as Momo did last week.

Even with her blinding speed, I think Valvalis would fall under a hail of bullets from Billy's pistols.

As with previous matches in the season... Billy's a defensive fighter, who needs time to buff and heal. He doesn't do well against relentless bosses like Valvalis. Tis a losing fight, and probably lost early on.
