After a heated match against a certain overblown generic warrior, the daughter of Ronnie Bell once again reaches the Heavy semifinals! And, against the Wyndian princess Nina, Emily's basically guaranteed to win - after all, if even a bulky knight crumbled to the earth-shaking fists of this Star of Destiny, imagine how badly a frail bird-girl will collapse under her blows. Not to mention Emily is even faster than Nina, which means her neverending rain of meteoric punching doom will apply continuous pressure as well as pain. That pressure will force Nina to heal over and over, until she runs out of AP...or a lucky critical string just makes her explode. Emily has a basically guaranteed pass to the championship match, for the glory of the Bell family! |

Nina 4 continues her rampage through another tough Heavy field. So far, she's taken down Jaheira and the former Godlike Rose. But now she faces her toughest opponent yet, the simple, bruising, smash-mouth fighter Emily. This won't exactly be a chess match - before the fight's even begun, Nina knows her enemy's strategy. Emily will attack, attack, and attack some more, hoping to bury the spellcaster with overwhelming physical damage. But the Wyndian princess is speedy enough to keep pace with Emily, and her healing and buffing should go a long way toward softening Emily’s blows. Simple face-punching tactics can only get you so far against a multi-talented and tricky duelist like Nina, and that means Emily may have just met her end. |
