Season 53, Week 1
Tana
(Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones)

A sky skirmish! Yuki may not need much help to crash his planes in general, but Tana will be more than happy to remove this hazard from the airways. Curiously strong, the Princess plays a fine Red Baron by wielding the ancestral lance of Frelia, Vidofnir, which just happens to have the advantage on Yuki's sword. And while Yuki might be quick as a flash once he gets a turn, he's actually rather average before then. Here's the plan: Tana comes screaming in on a strafing run, and runs Yuki through - twice! Hopefully once critically! Even if Yuki survives, his Flash isn't entirely perfect evasion. If he were to, say, miss an attack, he's quite vulnerable while recovering... huh. Missing an attack on Tana. Good luck, Yuki, you just might need it.

Now, here’s something that Heavy may not see everyday: an aerial battle. What?! You say Yuki can’t fight in his beloved plane? After we all had to hear of him speak of it endlessly? That's just awful. Granted, Tana should probably be relieved. On the other hand, given how Yuki fights on foot, she may as well try taking down the plane instead. While our most intrepid hero may not be the strongest of Heavies, his perfect evasion Flash and his strong evasion ignoring damage should spell trouble for the Frelian princess. If that wasn’t bad enough, Blade Storm is Wind elemental, arguably giving it an extra powerful edge against the Pegasus Knight. If Tana can’t take Yuki out in a turn, she’ll soon be facing the perfect storm - rather literally.

Have you ever seen a pegasus and an airplane play chicken?

Neither had Tana, so she hadn't really thought things through when she accepted Yuki's challenge to that very game.

Needless to say, Yuki was more then willing to collide and wreck yet another plane to win this game.

Tana's pegasus, not so much
