After all these wins and accomplishments, Jowy certainly can't let it end in the face of some stuttering fool of a dog pretending at being a samurai. Luca Blight and the rest of his in-laws would never let him hear the end of it. It was bad enough he didn't upgrade to Godlike... The dog can hit hard and heal to boot, sure, but it's not the hardiest customer. It's entirely possible that one Hungry Fiend will wipe the floor with him. And even if it doesn't, the Highland Prince Jowy is made of tough enough stuff to survive one turn from a simple, stuttering samurai.

Two down, two to go for the stuttering Dogurai! The next opponent he faces? One who isn't known for having deep resources, which is great for someone with lots of healing! The chipping strategy won't work either, because Scias will counter Jowy, and ultimately chip back, and Jowy can't heal himself! So for Jowy, he can either waste resources, run out, then die to the sword, or chip, and lose to counters, dying by... the sword again. There's also status which Scias might want to invest in. A mere True Rune User is not enough to take out this mercenary!
