Against Bruiser, Cloud proved that it's a bad idea to bring your bare fists to a swordfight. He's ready to prove that that goes for tentacles as well. Ultros's usual status tricks are useless against Cloud, and the mollusk's terrible durability combined with his elemental weaknesse makes him primed for a quick beating by Cloud's Bolt magic and powerful limits. A single Cross Slash might be enough to floor Ultros, to say nothing of Omnislash's brutal might... and it only takes one misstep to trigger a limit. |

Your favourite Behind the Scenes camera-octopus is back this week and ready to wrap his tentacles around another young, supple, yaoi-bait main character. Although the Ex-Soldier may prove to be a harder opponent than Rudy due to his powerful limits, Ultros' imp-inducing ballad will rob Cloud of both his limits and his magic, not to mention make his physical so weak that not even the frail ocean-dwelling cameraman has anything to fear. Ultros's tentacles have found another victim, and there's not a thing Cloud could do about it. |
Eternalspirit Everyone had been waiting for about 20 minutes now for Cloud to show up at the arena. Ultros had arrived early to a standing ovation (being the BTS camera man has its benefits), and everyone wanted to see him beat the crap out of Cloud, particularly after seeing Cloud rob another character of a win. Unfortunately, no one would get to see this happen, as the judges called a victory to Ultros by default. Everyone left the arena disappointed, but Ultros just stood there for a minute and smirked. 20 Minutes Later ---------------- Ultros had been lounging around after his "victory", and decided to walk by the infirmary. Just as he got there, a smiling Chisato walked out the door. "You owe me one, squid boy." "Righto, chief. Thanks a lot!" As for Cloud?
