Fenril
(Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen)

Lady Fenril's debut on heavy was... powerful. And the fear caused in Kika will extend to Joshua. Her peerless sword strikes will stop the Jehennan cold, and Dragoon defenses will render even the Audhulma slashes ineffectual. But picking and choosing which range to strike from are still key: Iainuki allows Fenril to avoid counters and concentrate damage, but clashing swords is in her blood. Brunhild's proud guardian has many choices this week. And all of them lead to victory.

It was going to be a match of skill.

A match of daring and courage, a match where both combatents would require their utmost attention.

Various Godlikes were called in to make sure that no one, no one disturbed was what to be an epic swordfight.

"Augggh! My tail doesn't go the-AAHHHH!" Zidane screamed, as Ghaleon brutally smashed him into a nearby wall, his body battered and broken.

"Now that I have made you suffer, it is time...for you to die!" Ghaleon yelled, smashing Zidane with another Hell Wave.

Caving in the floor beneath him.

A stunned, battered, and broken Zidane dropped like a stone through the floor, into a lower arena.

The arena Joshua was battling Fenril in.

Landing on Yuna.

Just as Joshua was preparing a fatal strike to a prone Fenril.

As Yuna's blouse was half torn off by Zidane as he tumbled by, desperately trying to save himself, perhaps it isn't a surprise that he hesitated for one fatal second, as he saw Yuna's...ah, as he saw Zidane tumble to the ground out of the corner of his eye.

One second was enough. Fenril, quickly recovering, impaled Joshua on her blade before he could move.

---

"Uhnnn. What...what happened...?"

"Good, you're awake. Now it's time to hurt you." Yuna said, smiling.

"Wha...?" Was Zidane's only statement before Bahamut's Megaflare blasted him into the next arena...

---

"..." Ghaleon said, staring down the hole at the massive blast Zidane was engulfed in.

"...I'm not sure even I'd wish that upon that fool. But I'm sure it's no more than he deserved. Let's go, before they wonder how he came through the ceiling." Ghaleon said, chuckling despite his words, as he walked to a nearby exit.
