Ninja. Elegant, fast, and deadly. Crono's not bad himself, but can he really take on one of the mightiest types of warriors? Ayame has the power of the Shrike Rune, whose ability to damage cannot be underestimated; Crono can do nothing to stop it. In addition, his Lumanaire is resisted thanks to Ayame's skills, which leaves him little choice but to stick with Confuse or basic attacks. Ayame should easily be able to avoid or repel some of his attacks, giving her the edge in both damage gived and damage received. Naturally, Crono's speed advantage is nullified, so he can't even try to outmuscle his agile opponent. Of course, he can stick on a Swallow...and watch his damage become pathetic. So, tough luck this time, Crono, you're just plain outmatched! |

t's not often Crono faces a serious test to his DL-famous speed, but this will be one of those times for the spiky-haired youth. Ayame's a Suikoden ninja, known far and wide for damaging attacks - and high grade attack speed to back it up. Good... but not good enough to outrace the savior from 1000 A.D.. Crono is pressed on speed, it is true, but that's the only thing up in the air in this quicksilver fight. Ayame's dislike of magical damage is only outmatched by her offensive woes - Crono's heavy armor and build takes the sting out of the Shrike Rune's power, leaving Crono in the driver's seat of this speedy brawl and ready to end the fight without hesitation or regret. If you're going to try and best this silent killer with speed, you had best be able to back it up! |
superaielman The third part of Mewtwo's plan was simple enough. Crono's ability to cheat death itself was the stuff of legends. But first, a fight awaited. A very short one. A: Crono was actually faster than Ayame, a rare feat B: Ayame really sucks at taking magical damage C: Both fighters were also blazingly fast and couldn't heal. It was a short, fight, but one that left the young man from 1000 A.D. victorious. Crono willingly enough gave the advice to Mewtwo (........,....!!!), and directions for where to acquire a doll- not that Mewtwo needed that. He had just a ringer in mind. Ayame: 8 |
