Hiro isn't what you'd call a finesse fighter. He brings brutal damage, instant death, and a hero's stats to the table. Unlike Hugo, he won't have the option to use his normal attack, or fiddle around with magic. It's either Triple Sword or Concussion sword. He'll have to win quickly - Hugo has healing, and if Hiro runs out of MP, he'll be helpless against Hugo's True Fire Rune.

Hugo faces a young hero much like himself this week, and it promises to be a fierce match. His opponent's Triple Sword attack will be absolutely devastating if the resident of Lunar can fully connect it, so Hugo's best bet is to avoid the attack by any means necessary. He could try evading it, but a safer strategy against the high-accuracy attack would be to ensure it never even gets used. To this end, Hugo can employ his Wind of Sleep attack, which his opponent cannot defend against, and pray that it hits. If it does, he's home free, but Spirits help the Karayan if it doesn't...

The two fighters stepped onto the arena, cheered on by their respective casts. Hugo drew his knives while Hiro drew his legendary Ghaleon's Sword. Hugo, of course, began the battle by charging Winds of Sleep. Ironically, he was the one sleeping after hearing three all too famous words. "BANG, you're dead!"
Hiro: 14
Hugo: 5

Hiro has two different ways to win this match in a blow. Hugo, has Wind of Sleep, which will keep Hiro from using either. And the True Fire Rune, which will then get Hugo a win over his sleeping foe.
