The cursed Wyndia princess has had quite a Duelling League career, and while her opponent is no stranger to the arena himself, that doesn't mean he can walk all over Nina - not in the slightest. Nina's black wings may not actually be symbolic, but they certainly are an omen of her Death spell. While Nash is quite an accomplished status slinger, nothing is as effective as obliterating your foe's soul in a moment. And, while Nash may struggle to connect one of his annoying spells due to Nina's excellent magic defense, he is not quite gifted enough to ward off a casting of Death. All the princess needs is one turn, and she'll show this Middle upgradee how she manage a double championship in her long runs.

It's taken ages to happen, but the legendary Nash Rumack has finally found his way into the ranks of Heavy! The Magical Weapon is poised to match the ranking of his great mentor, Ghaleon himself - just one more lucky season, and he's as good as Godlike! Nina is slower and has no way to stop Nash's potent Magic Box, silencing Nina and sealing all her magic away. Or, he could use a quick Sleep shot to put her out and set her up for a death-dealing Starlight Bow attack. Alternatively? Maybe a Confusion attack, followed by a petrification spell to turn her into a black-winged statue. So many ways to win... is this division really going to fall as easily as Middle did last season?

Normally, you'd think Nash wins this with silence and moves on, right? Well, no, see, Nina's not dumb. not only does she know she can't win, but being part bird, she has a natural fear of crossbows...Needless to say, she just forfeits before any further embarrasment can be struck.
Nina Wyndia: 18
Nash Rumack: 34
