The axe is a noble weapon, a weapon of glory and skill. To the common eye it may appear to be a simple woodsman's tool, but the utmost technique is required to swing it to perfection. It is a worthy weapon to oppose an Emperor with, and one Presea will command well. Despite her small stature she is supremely skilled with her axe, and paired with her armor, donned to null her foe's stormy blows, that axe can be used to cut Doel down to size. Constant combos of backbreaking power will leave the Emperor in ruins, unable to keep his momentum up and felling him all too quickly - one, two, three bonebreaking chops at a time.

One doesn’t survive as a powerful king for several decades without a wealth of power and skill. How cruel of the DL arenamasters to pit such an experienced fighter like Doel against someone who can not even advance beyond puberty. Sure, Presea’s Thunder Nulling armor may make it difficult for the Thunder Dragoon King, but Doel doesn’t mind a difficult fight. After all, he does have a few non-elemental attacks to still damage the sibilant girl, and most importantly, with both Human and Dragoon forms, he can select the ideal form to avoid whichever weakness hitting weapon Presea chooses, cutting off a big chunk of her damage too!
