Having crushed a puny Mystic into pixie dust, Giant Lord Surt gleefully anticipates his no-holds-barred battle against the famed Dragonmaster, Alex of Burg. With crimson plate burnished, massive greatsword glinting in the crisp air of the Arena, and voice thundering as befits a giant, it is a surprise that a mere human would dare face him at all - and when Surt unleashes a bevy of Flare Strikes, it will be a surprise if Alex is still standing.

Dragonmaster Alex is in for yet another easy fight on his way to the Heavy finals. Though Surt is much more imposing than his previous opponent, looks can be quite deceiving. Alex's Dragon raiments guard against Surt's fiery strikes, and Alex's Dragon manifestations enable him to weather anything else the Giant Lord might throw at him. With the powerful Sword Dance to head up his offenses, Alex should easily be able to take this giant down.
OblivionKnight Giants < Dragons. In D&D, they're lower danger levels, as well as being less of a problem to take down...heck, intelligently controlled low level cahracters can murder giants, but not dragons. So, Mr. of Burg should have this in the bag, right?
Yes, in most circumstances. Sadly, Ashton Anchors was the last person to wish Alex luck before the battle. Even more sadly, Alex was crushed by a spaceship that Maru shot down while training for the DL's upcoming archery contest. Unable to move, think, breathe, or fight at all, Alex had to call the match.
