Knight Blade meets Arc the Lad hero in this match, as Izlude faces down Elc. Neither is a stranger to arena fightning. Izlude's Jump attack is somewhat neutered by Elc's Invincible spell, but Izlude still has plenty of fight with his Counter ability and good defense, not to mention his passable swordplay. Izlude should be able to weather anything Elc throws at him while dealing damage. Invincible only lasts as long as Elc's MP reserves, and past that Izlude can easily surpass any trick that Elc could throw at him.

After seeing Arc falter several times in Godlike, Elc is out to prove that Arc the Lad heroes can be a threat in the DL. He certainly won’t have trouble proving that in his first match. Izlude won’t dare to Jump, for it will allow Elc ample time to charge his attack, and with his physical durability supplemented by Invincible and Divide, Elc shouldn’t have any problems outpacing the reigning Middle champion. It’s truly the Pyrean’s time to shine, and Izlude's time to fall.
Superaielman Elc stood watching Velhart and Debonair in the dark, as the sparks from clashing steel and swirling colors lit up the arena. He was completely shocked, like everyone else, when Velhart fell to a simple trick and a point blank charge from one of the Four Divas.
"Damn. Not someone to trifle with." Picking up his spear, Elc knew that his duel next week would be a grim struggle. Izlude, though..
---
Izlude stood, bleeding from a half dozen wounds, while his opponent looked as fresh as could be. "How.. how does my blade not effect him?" He charged in with a feint and cross slash, landing a solid blow on Elc's side. Instead of glancing off or doing no damage, this struck home, drawing a crimson streak in Elc's leg.
The Knight blade smiled, and jumped back, then straight up into the air. "Looks like you're all out of tricks!" He homed in on Elc, who's mobility was obviously limited by the wound...
..And bounced right off, as if he hitting an unbreakable surface.
"Nah. I just forgot to recast Invincible. Thanks for giving me an opening, though!" Elc closed his eyes and muttered a few words. To Izlude's horror, the last of his life began to be sapped from his body, and flowed into Elc's wound.
The last thing Izlude saw before passing out was Elc's wound closing up, and the sound of the match being awarded to his young foe.
