The nose-picking boy from Cafu, Rapp, brings his mad skillz in speed, power and badassitude to play all in one amazing package. Rapp is blindingly fast, consistently double-turning characters from his own game of origin. In addition, Rapp has a multitude of powerful skills with which to beat his opponents with. Master of both the missile and melee weapons, Rapp is a force to be reckoned with. Armed with a shuriken, Rapp can strike from long range for high damage. Using a dagger or a sword, Rapp can split into 3 and beat an opponent senseless with Doppleganger. As well, Rapp's Death Sword skill is a 100% instant death attack on an opponent. And no matter what weapon he has, he can use his DEVASTATING Demon Ball and Neo-Demon Ball attacks. And in a pinch, Rapp can teleport out of danger through his Mist Hide skill. Rapp is one of the strongest PCs out there. His weakness is an average defense, and a lack of any magic beyond Burn and BurnFlame. Still, his opponent is going to be in a world of pain no matter what. |

Blue Lightning Flik may not be quite as fast as his nickname would have you believe, but he's still one of the better fighters in the Suikoden world. And, armed with his sword, the Odessa ++, as well as a Lightning Rune, he has what he needs to back up his decidedly above average stats. His level 3 and 4 Lightning spells will probably incincerate Rapp, assuming he gets them off. |

He nodded quickly as he put on his armour, paused thoughtfully as he put on his sword belt and checked the recently sharpened Odessa ++. Then, a quick glance at his hand showed the tattoo of the Lightning Rune, he was all ready to go except for the final bit, his headband. But, when he looked down, there was nothing left. Thinking quickly, he knew what it had to be. By the time he had hunted down Nina and had his, now freshly cleaned, headband back, he was regrettibly late for his duel. Rapp: 16 |
