Brawling his way to victory, it's time for Ike to once more return to center stage and fight for all his friends. Wielding Ragnell, the legendary sword of Altena, and Urvan, the great axe of his father, Ike can match Max legendary weapon for legendary weapon. Though Ike lacks the magical ability Max has access to, not even a deadly Supernova will stop the Aether spamming hero; a couple strikes of his trademark skill will be more than even Max can handle. Both fast and strong, it's overall a very close fight between two capable fighters - but with the edges in his favor, Ike won't be letting his friends down anytime soon. |

Max was looking forward to this fight - Ike was everything that Max wasn't. Ike had all the fame. Even though Max was the star of more SRPGs, and had multiple princesses fawning after him, and he did the 'my brother-in-disguise wants to kill me' plot twist far before Ike ever did... What was it that made Ike so much more popular? It had to be the catchphrase. Well, Max can fight for his friends, too! A few shots of Supernova and Max will have all the fame - I mean, FRIENDS - for himself. |
Gatewalker Ike greeted his opponent as he entered the arena, "Hey, good job with Middle last season." A bit relieved to find his first match back in Heavy would be a friendly one, Max smiled and nodded, "Yeah, thanks. So, you ready?" Taking a couple of warm up swings with Ragnell, Ike nodded, "Anytime." A few passes later, Max struggled to pick himself up off the ground where he was flung by his opponent's brutally powerful strikes. Seeing the fight was as good as over, the mercenary captain sheathed his sword and made his way out, calling back over his shoulder, "Not too bad. Welcome back to Heavy. And try to stick around this time, alright?" Ike: 33 |
