It's final bout of age and beauty vs. merely beauty, as Adray the aged and rugged warrior faces off Rebecca the pretty face. Adray's powerful support magic will be the clincher in this battle: with Protection, Power-Up and Angel Feather, Rebecca's archery will fail to even tickle the mighty old man, while his Spicule will carry an even more fiery punch than normal. Meanwhile, even the nimble Rebecca won't be able to avoid his finely-honed, calculated strikes. All hail Light champion Adray Lasbard - after all, a determined old man who accomplishes anything he puts his mind to is a much better role model than a girl who wins on looks. |

The sweet archer of Pherae finally managed to reach the Light finals after a heartbreaking loss to Katt in her debut season, and this time she's facing the catgirl's polar opposite. Adray Lasbard is an ugly old man with lots of support spells and underwhelming damage any way you slice it -not a good combination at all against the sprightly and nimble Rebecca. And with her natural speed granting easy double-turns, she'll easily keep the frail Adray busy healing. All she'll need to win is a lucky critical with a Killer Bow, and Pherae's honor will finally be secured in the DL. Rebecca's championship draws near! |
Captain K Rebecca quickly let an arrow fly as she saw her aged adversary begin to cast a spell. The old man staggered backwards as the arrow hit. "Did I stop him?" she thought as she released her next arrow. "I'll finish him before he even gets a spell off!" After being struck for a third time, the old man seemed close to collapsing. "Something's not right," thought Rebecca. "He's not even fighting back now. It's like he's waiting for something..." At that point, Rebecca looked down and realized the entire arena floor was glowing with white energy. The Southern Cross spell engulfed her, and she was instantly knocked out.
