Season 22, Week 3
Evil Gaia
(Grandia)

Tremble, puny mortals! EVIL GAIA has finally secured that which it has long deserved: A WIN. Now, with the people's power behind it, EVIL GAIA will proceed with its dominance of Light, soon to secure a position in a far more desirable division. Once more, EVIL GAIA has been blessed with a match that it cannot possibly lose: Alfred Schroedinger, he of the panda backpack, will prove to be no match for the towering terror of Grandia. Dynamite and explosions failed to stop EVIL GAIA's spread of terror in Grandia, and so will they prove useless in this battle. Meanwhile, EVIL GAIA's devastating Burn! and Howl magic will tear Alfred into pieces in seconds, securing another win for the all-powerful biological terror of EVIL GAIA.

Whoever makes the draws at the RPG Duelling League must awfully fond of young Alfred Schroedinger. After all, the boy who's generally considered the weakest boss in his entire game has somehow drawn two consecutive opponents he can defeat! Evil Gaia is at least as bad a boss from his own game as Alfred is, and seeing as that game happens to be Grandia, reknowned in all the DL for its laughable bosses, this is saying something. Like Raja before him, Evil Gaia boasts some positively pathetic physical defence, so Alfred will once again dish out far more damage than he's used to dealing with his Homemade Blasts. That may be all the Schroedinger lad needs to outslug his monstrous opponent and reach the semi-finals.

"Ooo..." Evil Gaia was a sad sight to behold. Staggering around in a bar reserved for light combatants. Even in such a sad watering hole, Evil Gaia got no respect. Fighters just kicked him out of the way, and even the lowest of mages laughed at his attempts to lash out physically.

"I am teh bset! Not even Suikoden losers can beath me!"`

The bar went dead silent at this. A large bear looking man walked up to Evil Gaia, and laughed in his face. Viktor pointed the Star Dragon Sword at Evil, and laughed. "I think you've overextended your welcome."

Todd sat next to young master Alfred. "Remember, just hit high and hard, and it'll be over fast. This.. thing.. has a reputation for being an exceptionally bad fight. Go get him, young master."

Alfred just grinned, and ran off to the arena, backpack and dynamite at the ready.

Todd gasped as Evil Gaia lurched into the ring. Half a dozen weapons were stuck throughout his massive body, with the Star Dragon Sword planted firmly in his skull. He also reeked of cheap alcohol.

Wasting no time, Alfred staggered over to the massive beast, dynamite in hand. "Here comes the boom!" Tossing a stick of dynamite at Evil Gaia's chest, Alfred waited for the villian to collapse.

Which he promptly did. Right on top of Alfred. This crushed the poor young lad in every sense of the word, as the last effort of EVIL cost him his second DL victory.
