As a Lunarian, Fusoya himself isn't any stranger to space travels. This is at least something he has in common with his foe - admittedly, for this battle, that fact isn't relevant. Nevertheless, he still has over 6 centuries of knowledge in that old head of his, and with it, every single Black and White Magic spell available. His foe can opt to stop some of his status, but not all of it. Stopping the Instant Death? Here comes the Paralysis! Stop the Paralysis? Woo, she's now a frog! Of course, he could go the more... inefficient method of spamming his mighty Flare spell, nuking his way to victory! |

Undaunted by past defeats, Sophia Esteed is back and determined to fight her way out of the DL's lowest division. Her opponent this week, the lunarian mage FuSoYa, is respected for one reason in the DL: brutal status effects capable of ending a match as soon as the spell is cast. Fortunately for Sophia, she can render the sage useless before he gets that turn. Something the lunarian is infamous for is his meager stock of MP--making him a easy target for Sophia's MP-blasting Southern Cross. And since FuSoYa's definitely no speed-demon, Sophia can count on getting that crucial first hit. |
superaielman In a surprising turn of events, FuSoYa is both an old man and not a pervert in any way, shape, or form. All he cared about was winning quickly, then going to catch another millenia length nap. Too bad Sophia only cared about winning here, too.
