Galleon's done quite well this season. After taking out some scrubs, he faces a decent challenge in the singing sensation/world saver, Shante. However, this is still Galleon's match all the way. He has a significant speed disadvange, true, but he still outslugs Shante, and she is weak enough that a Divide strategy simply won't kill Galleon in time. Nearly out of HP, with only a turn to go, Shante really has no options that can stop Galleon's final blow or finish him off before he can land it. Having a varied and useful skillset is good, but Galleon's mastery of physical defense and attacking is what will win the day this week.

Another ballad sung, another fallen enemy. The musical stylings of Shante are now taking Light by storm. With her bountiful healing, the powerful Sleep Wind, and the tide-turning Divide, Shante is proving that she is a force to be reckoned with. While Galleon may have impressive defenses and a passable physical, his arthritic limbs make him sluggish and slow to act. Besides, no amount of defense can protect one from the power of the Divide, which ignores the enemy's defense and provides healing from his strikes. The looks, the voice, the fighting ability; Shante is a triple threat, truly to be feared in the DL!

Much to the chagrin of the aged warrior, Galleon was surprised to find out this week's Light matches were to be decided by taking the votes from the American people, here on "American Idol: RPG division."
Despite the hardened veteran's best efforts on the piano, Shante's sexy rendition of the "Pina Colada" song won her top marks from all three judges.
The meanest of the judges, in his most heavily-accented voice, had only this to say about Galleon's performance: "More Pina, more Colada, less ugly bald guy with no attack variety."
Galleon: 29
Shante: 41
