With his gleaming sword, his flowing blond hair, and his elaborate uniform, Colonel Mullen is the very picture of nobility and grace. Of course, that won’t stop him from getting down and dirty if he thinks it will help him win his way back to Middle this season. Already two opponents have fallen to his powerful blade, and Mullen hopes to make it three. While that middling solider Tony may have great speed, his durability is quite poor. If Mullen can live until his turn, then a single, dreaded Rising Dragon Cut will put that lackey in his third-class place. After all, who has ever heard of a shining and golden Colonel defeated by such a constant disgrace of a soldier in the arena?

Finally! Tony dispensed corporal punishment to a pair of snot-nosed brats in the opening round, and his reward is to finally face an adult! World-weary, prone to black moods, lacking faith in his own convictions... yes, this Mullen chap is exactly the kind of opponent Tony has no need to fear! Because without that child-like idealism, Colonel Mullen will have no choice but to face the facts: he is weak, reliant on a status attack his foe nulls, and most importantly: his opponent is allowed to drive a freakin' mech into the arena! Tony has an easy victory in front of him this week: it's just too bad he won't be able to swap military ranks with Mullen when he wins this match.

Tony just can't catch a break, it seems...
After all the ridicule, getting downgraded off of his debut match because of a kid, being insulted with two more kids in his next matches, and having his rank as third-class pilot shoved in his face by Mullen, he snapped...and pretty much opened fire on the Colonel until he was nothing more than a fine red paste on the arena walls...
...for "assaulting a superior officer," Tony was once again demoted. Reportedly, they're trying to invent a new rank to demote him to...
Mullen: 25
Tony: 29
