He needs war! Tony has certainly showed Light the benefits of a militaristic life style, beating up children and pathetically weak commander-types with equal ease! Only one opponent is left for him now, the Tetragene Opera. Sure, she may carry a big gun, but what match is she for Tony? Tony's powered armor comes equipped with many guns! As usual, Tony's incredible swiftness will put all sorts of pressure on opponent, easily overwhelming her weak healing while also ensuring him the victory in a pitched battle. Tony can smell his Light championship, and at this point, his only worry is that the army will demote him for calling attention to the fact that one of their own was ever in this infamous division!

In a matchup of two former middles, Opera faces off against Tony in what promises to be an explosive Light championship. Of course, it's hard to imagine any battle between a high-powered energy rifle and a giant mech that wouldn't meet some definition of "explosive." Already three opponents have fallen before her burning might of her unique Kaleidoscope, and Opera is gunning to make it four. Tony may be fast, but he’s neither damaging or durable; all Opera needs to do is live to her turn and then unleash the full fearsome measure of the dreaded Alpha on One upon Tony’s aged body. If her opponent has so much trouble defeating children, how will he match up against a full grown Tetragene fighting master?

Opera smiled.
She knew her opponent.
Maligned constantly, beaten up by children despite mechanical support...why, even in his run in the League, he'd had a terrible life.
He'd be putty in her hands. A little leg shown, a sultry glance, a casual grin...those fools that thought their lives were horrible always were willing to think that, like a B-movie, love and perfect happiness was around the corner.
Sure, it was a little mean of Opera, but overall, so was shooting him in the face with a cannon. How could she feel bad about it?
---
Tony stared down at Opera in shock.
He'd be so furious, so angry at everything, that, as per his custom recently, he'd taken it out on his opponent the moment he could.
It wasn't until the haze of his anger cleared that he realized she was...hitting...on...him?
A glimmer in his eyes, he marched solemnly out of the arena, Light Champion. But with a great sadness in his heart.
Sometimes, when you win, you lose.
And sometimes, when you win, you think you lose, but have won more and are accidentally deluded into thinking the silver lining has a cloud, ruining your day anyways.
...
...Well, maybe that's just Tony.
