Season 41, Week 3
Mia Ausa
(Lunar: Silver Star Story)

This week, live from this very arena, for only a small pay-per-view fee, witness this enthralling contest between the stunning young woman and lecherous old man... ...Okay, maybe Mia shouldn't have agreed to let Nash and Ramus promote her match this week, but her boyfriend needed some cheering up after losing in Middle again. Mia alone now carries the honor of Vane, and cheap promotions or not, she's not going to let anyone down! Fortunately, Gepetto isn't much of an opponent: he is both less resistant against magic than Mia and much slower. A few castings of Flameria, and Light will have one fewer Shadow Hearts character this season. We trust nobody will miss him.

Proving once again that dolls beat molls, Gepetto easily dealt with his teammate Lucia and cruised into the Quarterfinals. This time, however, won't be all blackjack and exotic dancers. Mia Ausa is a formidable mage of well-respected power. Beneath her refined exterior lies a woman who isn't above breaking an hip bone or two in a fight with an old man. Gepetto still has experience on his side, as well as an arsenal of dolls and the ability to resist whatever element he chooses. Mia is certainly the type to have played with them when she was little. Can she stand fast against all her childhood memories and overcome Gepetto? Hardly. Look for more puppetry action next round.

The weakness of any old man and doll is...tanks. What? Why are you looking at me like that? Did you think I was going to say fire? Sure, Mia's fire magic would burn Gepetto to a crisp just like -that-. Really, though, this lacks imagination. You saw Berg and the Grindery? The world of Lunar has plenty of magi-tech machines at it's beck and call, and who better to get her hands on them than Mia? Ergo, Gepetto is flattened under the treats of a crystalline magi-tank.

Whatever works, you know?
