Season 47, Week 5
Jet Enduro
(Wild Arms 3)

So the end of Jet's trail is this arena. He's drifted far and wide, his wings taking him to the edge of a Light Championship! Now he only has one more hurdle to overcome before his dreams become a reality. Rude comes with fearsome bare knuckled brawling and a pinch of magic. Really, he's nothing more than an overgrown bouncer. Jet, on the other hand, is an accomplished drifter who has a powerful machine gun and enough wiles to survive in the wastelands of Filgaia. With a barrage of gatling fire, Rude will go down. Some basic cure magic won't do much to a hail of lead bullets and that will be that.

Hmph. As another one bites the dust, Rude's march continues. Finally, in this championship match, he faces someone who comes better-armed than a stick or a few knives - yet Jet's machine gun will be to no avail. Rude's relentless Grand Spark will break the young man's spirit and spine in short order, while his Fire and Bolt magics fry him to a crisp in no time flat. And even aside from all that? A good old-fashioned beat-down will teach the snotty brat not to try and one-up his elders. Indeed, this fight'll be a rude awakening for Jet - and for the DL, as Rude ascends to a pinnacle of battle!

Two strong, silent types battling it out for the Light title. Neither is especially flawed, nor is either really overpowered. They are what they are, a couple of lower end middles fighting for the chance to be cannon fodder in next season's Middle.

What can make this fight interesting? YAOI FANGIRLS.

Yes. Jet machined gunned more of them than Rude could smash, earning a victory. Rude.. Rude was caught.

Rude is currently playing dressup with Kuja while several dozen fangirls read bad fanfiction involving him and the rest of the turks.
