What a strange twist of fate! In the final round, Garet must do even the one thing he would balk at - fighting his own castmate, Mia! Surely such a thing can be worked-- wait, this isn't the Mercury Adept? Really? Well, that makes things much simpler! This imposter Mia may have ice spells of her own, but her Fire magics mark her out - and wonder of wonders, that's what Garet can wall easily! Take a hit of her Flameria, stun her, and one, two, three strikes - she's out! No amount of stalling can let her bypass Garet's own options, so while he may have to actually think about this match, it should be an easy final all the same for the Mars Adept!

After many failed runs, Mia Ausa has finally gotten to the Light finals, proving her worth as her dashing beau ripped through this Middle season. Well, she can't falter right now, given how Nash himself has a championship more or less in the bag, can she? The magician will have her work cut out for her, though, as Garet, the Mars Adept, is probably a bit too familiar with her elementals of choice. Fortunately, she at least has ice spells, and her magical resilience is just the thing to ward off Garet's status and Psyenergy. With a veritable speed edge, she should be able to drop in enough Flamerias to weather down the idiotic psychic and grab that championship.

"Flameria?" Garet scratched his head, confused. "So... you're a fire mage, too?"
"Mmm-hmm." Mia nodded sadly. "Well, also ice, but that's not as strong. So you've got a solid win."
"So, what Djinn do you equip? Flameria sounds strong - I want to try it!" Garet replied brightly.
It took three physics professors, two elementary teachers, the entire rest of the Golden Sun cast, Myria, Citan, and over twenty hours to explain to Djinn the concept of using high-level magic without Djinn. Mia left in annoyance an hour into it, thus forfeiting the match.
Garet: 15
Mia Ausa: 13
