Hmm, this looks familiar. Wasn't Garet just here last season? Well, different season, different victim, same results. The beefy Mars Adept has made short work of everyone else who's gotten in his way thus far, and the samurai from space isn't going to fare any better than the rest. With his powerful Djinn unleashes such as Fever and Scorch to heat things up for his opponent, and the ever handy Guard spell to give his own defenses a bit of a boost against the purely physical Jin, Garet has all the tools he needs to bring home a second championship!

Jin carved a niche for himself this season, straight through the bodies of the three foes who challenged him! Mallow and Alonso were top Lights, able to press Jin but unable to overcome his fine swordsmanship. Garet's as accomplished as the other two - a Light champion and trying for his eighth straight win! However, Jin's body and spirit are as refined as his elegant looks and calm mastery of battle would indicate. This veteran fears not the psychic attack that Garet so relies on. Time to for Jin to claim a much overdue championship in the name of his parents!

A battle of swords.
A magnificent battle where Jin couldn't possibly lose.
His sword, flashing like lightning, forced Garet farther and farther back against the wall, Garet, bleeding cuts all over his body, desperately trying to avoid his fate.
But Garet was not through. Oh no. Jin's enemies had too many plans for him. Garet, rising from the dust, summoned his fearsome E.S. Metatron, the fusion of all the E.S. in existance, loomed over Jin.
Jin had no fear.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Jin's bellow, as he charged from the arena, could be heard three rings over.
"....huh. Well, that was...I guess they don't call it delusion status for nothing." Garet shrugged, as he watched Jin lose by virtue of ring out.
Jin came to himself, five days later, lacking a shirt and pants and attempting to shove Kiwi into a hydro-electric turbine.
His only statement on his, admittedly vague, memories of the previous five days, were that they made more sense than the last days of his travels with Shion.
