Dark wings meet dark wings, lance crashing against scythe. For all that Landis and Vaida appear to be very different, they do have uncanny similarities. Of course, the similarities end when it comes to battle. Vaida is durable and damaging, but her extremely poor speed will mean that Landis will double her fine. And with his stun and killer paralysis attached to those swings, Landis will soon have the wyvern knight stunlocked and defeated. And Vaida even has bad evasion and resistance, the two stats that could arguably help her ward off Landis' status! Even if Landis takes a while to polish her off, his Drain Rune will mean any crits will heal him from her rare attacks; and what do you know, Vaida has bad luck too!

Rrrr... What an impudent bunch! It's been far too long since the great Vaida has been to the arena. The woman's been bestowed the title of Wyvern Lord, and more prestige than the entirety of Bern's army, yet still, she remains restricted to the lowest available division?! By the gods, how many battle scars does someone need before they realize your worth? Bah, regardless, it won't be long before Vaida's climbed her way out of this miserable lot. It's no surprise her first adversary is so unimpressive. A bat wishes to challenge a wyvern? What a laugh! A quick and mighty thrust from her spear should be all that's needed to take down this winged rat. Now onwards, the sooner she's out of here, the better!

And so, Landis' splendid Lunar Blade technique slew Vaida within moments.
...
Wait, what the hell is that?
---
"...I...don't really see the blade in that..." Hugo noted queasily, as Landis pulled up his pants.
"Well, my rear is pretty bony, so...eheheheh." Landis cackled.
While Vaida's dragon couldn't manage to stomach the sight of Landis' posterior, Vaida herself seems to have mixed feelings. Mixed feelings that require getting very drunk, either way.
Landis: 28
Vaida: 15
